TRUCKERS BEWARE!! BAD BUSINESS! If I could give no stars I would This business is a joke! They call you to see when you'll be there for the load and when you get there they make you wait hours and hours until your load is actually ready to be loaded (aka cold enough for transport) When you inquire about the hold up they ask you to be patient and that they know how long you've been waiting since they checked you in When they call you to a loading bay you have to wait another couple hours And the dude handling the paperwork, stop talking to your coworkers and do your job! RUN FAR AWAY! They are unorganized and have no respect for others schedule or time of wait. There are many other companies that have better business practices than this place. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
When you arrive please dont pull into the main building because this place it not that big and u will in the way.The earliest u can check-in is one hour before ur appointment time if you get here early they wouldn't check you in also make sure you a confirmation num for your load. Park on the lot they got across from them or on street when your appointment is near walk to phone that they got on the lot across from them to check in yes u got use phone.
Worst place ever if you plan on loading here I say get here more than 3 hours prior to appt because they never have anything ready. And you cant check in early. Dont know why they have you call for an appt when they never see you on time...almost 4 hours for 10 pallets
Rude customer NO service and like the other folks say no care of drivers time. Don't try and be earlier, check in 1hr before appt only.. come on run a business.
